Aditya holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from The Australian National University (ANU), where her doctoral research focused on studying the expression and pharmacology of the neutral amino acid transporter SLC6A19. The aim was to explore its potential in treating Type II diabetes and metabolic disorders.
Aditya is also an engineer, having earned her master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). Additionally, she worked as a Junior Research Fellow at the National Institute of Immunology (NII) in a molecular biology lab, focusing on a project investigating the bacterial cell wall metabolic pathway of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
Her diverse work experience uniquely positions her to navigate projects requiring a deep understanding of biotechnological advancements in drug development as well as those involving innovative drug-device combinations.
